Michael received his MA in Conflict Transformation and Social Justice from Queen’s University Belfast. He has conducted research and facilitated programmes addressing issues of identity and conflict in Northern Ireland. Having worked and researched around the globe, Michael has an international lens for cross-cultural perspectives, dialogue and narratives, and this is reflected in both his research and mediation backgrounds.
