Dr Joanne Murphy is a Reader in Leadership and Organisational Change in Queen’s University Management School and Co-Director of the Centre for Leadership, Ethics and Organisation. She has written extensively about policing change, including in her book ‘Policing for Peace in NI: Change Conflict and Community Confidence’. Her latest book ‘Management and War’ was published by Palgrave last year.
