Frances is a Politics graduate of Queen's University Belfast and has a Masters degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from the University of St Andrews. Her interests are US Foreign Policy, the Obama Administration, promoting peace in Northern Ireland, and expanding educational opportunities for children. In her spare time she can be found playing tennis or enjoying the countryside.
